Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Group and Teladian have officially reached a consensus on deepening their strategic cooperation. Focusing on product innovation and technological breakthroughs, the two parties will work together to build an efficient refueling system for new energy heavy-duty trucks, creating sustainable value for industry users. Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Group Sales Director and General Manager of its Sales Company, Zhao Chengjun, General Manager of Deyin Tianxia Co., Ltd., Zhao Peng, and Teladian President Guo Yongguang attended the cooperation talks.

Zhao Chengjun stated during the talks, “Since the launch of our strategic partnership in June 2023, our in-depth collaboration in areas such as vehicle-charging station collaborative sales and fast-charging technology upgrades has witnessed the rapid development of the new energy heavy-duty truck market.” He emphasized that, building on the solid foundation of their previous cooperation, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Group and Teladian are gradually building a collaborative ecosystem covering the core links of the industry chain, from vehicle manufacturing to charging infrastructure, to fully meet market demand.

Guo Yongguang, President of Teladian, noted that the collaboration between the two parties has always focused on addressing user pain points: “We are promoting the implementation of fast-charging technology for mainstream heavy-duty trucks, providing users with a one-stop solution for all scenarios.” It is reported that the two parties recently completed joint verification of 900A high-power fast-charging technology in Chongqing, achieving a breakthrough in efficient charging, achieving “10 kWh of energy in one minute.” This achievement not only brings practical convenience to users but also sets a new benchmark for industry technological upgrades, fully demonstrating the strength and effectiveness of both parties’ technological R&D collaboration.

During this in-depth meeting, the two parties, taking into account the development trends of the new energy heavy-duty truck market, identified three key areas for deepening cooperation. In terms of resource integration and network deployment, Teladian will leverage its core strengths in smart charging networks and energy management to deeply integrate its resources with Shaanxi Automobile’s vehicle manufacturing. They will also strengthen collaboration between their terminal teams and leverage their financial resources to accelerate the integrated development of new energy logistics scenarios and charging networks.

Technological innovation is another key focus of the collaboration. Going forward, the two parties will continue to jointly innovate in key areas such as fast charging, autonomous charging, V2G (vehicle-to-grid interaction), and big data applications. For example, they will pursue higher efficiency and stability in fast charging technology; explore smarter and more convenient automatic charging methods to reduce manual intervention and improve safety; utilize V2G technology to enable two-way energy flow between vehicles and the power grid, optimizing energy utilization; and leverage big data applications to better understand user needs and vehicle usage, supporting product and service upgrades.

In addition, the two parties will jointly define “efficient, intelligent, and sustainable” refueling standards for new energy heavy-duty trucks, standardize market order, promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, and inject new momentum into the industry’s high-quality development.

As their strategic cooperation continues to deepen, Shaanxi Automobile and Teladian will further connect upstream and downstream resources in the industry chain, improve refueling efficiency through technological innovation, and overcome industry development bottlenecks through collaborative ecosystem development. Going forward, this collaboration is expected to accelerate the entry of new energy heavy-duty trucks into a new era of intelligent refueling, contribute to the realization of green transportation and energy conservation and emission reduction goals, and provide a reference for the development of the global new energy commercial vehicle industry.
