Shacman Van Semi Trailer series is suitable for transporting household appliances, light industrial goods, coal, sand and gravel, and other building materials, as well as palletized goods. The top cover of the live-top box can be raised and lowered vertically to change the box volume and meet the loading and unloading requirements of different goods. The wing-type box facilitates the loading and unloading of goods and improves loading and unloading efficiency.
1. The Shacman Van Semi Trailer features strong load-bearing capacity, high safety factors, rational design, durability, and advanced manufacturing processes.
2. The chassis of the Shacman Van Semi Trailer adopts a through-beam structure, with longitudinal beams available in straight or gooseneck styles. The web height ranges from 400 to 550 mm. Longitudinal beams are welded using automatic submerged arc welding, and the chassis undergoes shot blasting treatment. Cross beams are inserted into the longitudinal beams and welded as a single unit.
3. The Shacman Van Semi Trailer’s box structure uses high-strength cold-rolled corrugated steel plates with a frameless design, providing a spacious cargo area with reasonable internal distribution. It features X-shaped tie rods, offering advantages such as high load capacity, heavy-duty performance, and lightweight construction. The Van top offers options such as closed, sliding, open, and open with a tarp rod, providing convenient operation and meeting users’ diverse and personalized requirements.
4. The Shacman Van Semi Trailer is composed of a series-connected steel spring and suspension mount; the structure is reasonable, with strong stiffness and hardness, designed to support loads and reduce impact.
5. The Shacman Van Semi Trailer features a closed-type side protection design, effectively reducing lateral risks during high-speed driving and lowering energy consumption. The rear protection design includes reasonably positioned towing attachments for convenient operation.
