Shacman Truck H3000 has always been a loyal customer of SHACMAN and has previously used F3000, F2000, and even older S2000 trucks. Thanks to their robust quality, these vehicles have maintained high uptime for many years.
The company’s primary transport route involves a 70 km journey from the cement plant, fully loaded with cement clinker, through the core urban area to a project site. The existing fleet of nearly 100 SHACMAN diesel heavy-duty trucks has largely met transportation needs. However, the introduction of SHACMAN’s H3000ᵉ new energy solution is now changing everything.

Shacman Worry-Free Range
Shacman Truck H3000ᵉ redefines efficiency with a 350 kWh battery pack and intelligent adaptive kinetic energy recovery system. This combination reduces energy consumption by 6%, delivering a 190 km range even when fully loaded. It easily handles SC’s 70 km single-trip workload, making round-trips without charging stops.
Shacman Truck H3000ᵉ offers both charging and battery-swapping options. A 5-minute rapid battery swap makes refueling as efficient as diesel. Dual charging guns provide up to 250 kW total power, fully charging the battery in less than 1.5 hours. This drastically reduces refueling time and increases operational hours, creating more revenue for Shacman Truck.
Shacman Heavy-Duty Performance
Shacman Truck was concerned about payload capacity. H3000ᵉ delivers with a 410 kW peak power motor and 2400 N·m maximum torque. Its 16t dual-stage axle and 7.63 speed ratio are designed for heavy-duty starts.
With strong power, H3000ᵉ’s theoretical gross vehicle weight reaches 90 tons, easily handling Shacman Truck’s daily task of transporting 65 tons of cement clinker.
Shacman Worry-Free Security
Shacman H3000ᵉ is equipped with a specially designed construction vehicle bumper for enhanced cab protection. Standard ABS ensures smooth and effective emergency braking, preventing rollovers.
This dual-layered protection secures the truck as a valuable production tool and protects SC’s core asset: its drivers.
Shacman Operational Efficiency
Shacman Truck currently operates 20 H3000ᵉ tractors. The “fuel theft” issue common with diesel vehicles no longer exists. Combined with low electricity costs, each truck saves $48.3 per 100 km compared to traditional fuel vehicles.
This remarkable reduction in operational costs highlights the efficiency and positive impact of SHACMAN’s new energy solution. The revolution in cement transportation is propelling Shacman Truck’s business to new heights.
