Jointly organised by Shacman Heavy Duty Truck Group and Hand Axle, the launch ceremony for the Shacman Heavy Duty Truck Group New Energy Global Ecosystem Alliance and the handover ceremony for the first batch of new energy heavy-duty trucks, themed ‘Extreme Intelligence Cloud Bridge: Electrifying the Future’, was held in Xi’an. At the event, the Shacman Heavy-Duty Trucks New Energy 3.0 series was launched globally to great fanfare, and the 1,500th “Ultra-Intelligent Cloud Axle” new energy heavy-duty truck was successfully delivered. This marks a new phase in the strategic collaboration between the two parties in the new energy heavy-duty truck sector, characterised by “joint technology research, co-creation of products, co-construction of the ecosystem, and global advancement”.

At the signing ceremony, Hand Axle, together with Shacman Automobile, Weichai, and dealer partners, signed strategic cooperation agreements for the M3000E and H6000E models, further deepening industrial chain synergy. During the handover ceremony, Shacman Heavy-Duty Trucks and Hand Axle jointly delivered the 1,500th “Extreme Intelligence Cloud Axle” series new energy heavy-duty truck to a customer. The delivery of the 1,500th unit not only validates the outstanding performance of Hand Electric Drive Axles in terms of reliability and economy, but also signifies the market recognition and technological leadership of the “Shacman Heavy-Duty Trucks + Hand Electric Drive Axles” joint product solution, truly realising the promise of “affordable to buy, economical to run, and profitable to operate”.

At the event, Hand Axle showcased its new generation of highly integrated electric drive axles, which are fully compatible with ‘Extreme Intelligence Cloud Bridge’ models such as the H6000E and M3000E. These axles cover a wide range of new energy heavy-duty truck applications, including tractor units, tippers and mixers, and offer core advantages such as high integration, lightweight design, high efficiency, extended maintenance intervals, exceptional reliability and quiet operation. With these industry-leading features, they are redefining the powertrain for new energy heavy-duty trucks. Hand Electric Drive Axles were the first in China to achieve industrialisation, with an installed base exceeding 200,000 units and a market share of over 70%.
