Liu Yi Conducts On-Site Inspection at Hand Axle

On July 9, Liu Yi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group, visited the production front lines at Hand Axle to conduct an on-site inspection of production and operations, as well as safety measures during high-temperature conditions.

Liu Yi toured Hand Axle’s electric axle assembly line and production workshops, gaining a detailed understanding of the layout of new energy product production lines, manufacturing processes, and the operation of intelligent equipment. He inquired on-site about the high-temperature working environment in the workshops, heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, and the implementation of labor protections for front-line employees.

Subsequently, Liu Yi listened to a special report from Hand Axle on its first-half business performance and commended the achievements made. In light of industry trends and Hand Axle’s future development, Liu Yi emphasized:

We must proactively seize opportunities arising from industry transformation, increase investment in R&D, deepen basic research, and advance the cultivation and capacity building of R&D teams; for areas of weakness, we must intensify specialized technical research to establish an industry-leading advantage.

We must further expand into the new energy market, accelerate the implementation and commercialization of new energy product technologies, and strengthen collaborative R&D and joint validation by leveraging the Group’s vehicle manufacturing resources; by capitalizing on the advantages of the vehicle platform, we should expedite the rollout of new energy products, gain a first-mover advantage, and drive further market expansion.

We must strictly enforce safety production measures and employee welfare during high-temperature weather to effectively safeguard the health of frontline workers and ensure stable and orderly production.
