These activities helped new dealers gain a more comprehensive understanding of Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck’s various business operations, whilst allowing them to experience first-hand the vehicle assembly and quality control processes, and to immerse themselves in the corporate culture, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging to the channel.
